Had Managed team of 30-40 peoples.Candidate must have led at led 4 to 5 Projects as a PM and Scrum Master (both are required skills)Candidate should have at least 3 to 4 yrs of AM Project experience and should be experienced in managing AM ProjectsShould be ready to work on Support Project and in second shiftMust have ability to manage client and lead on Functional and technical front to guide and mentor development team.Excellent soft skills and client facing experience.Good to have knowledge in J2EE.Must have good experience in estimations and delivery using Agile scrum life cycle.
Primary Skill
sCandidate must be CSM & PMP CertifiedExcellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)Project management experienceBackground in sales and customer service is a plusProficient in MS Office and CRM/project management softwareStrong organizational and multitasking skillsCustomer-oriented approach Secondary SkillsCandidate should be at least EM1 Certified
